Superb Spanish language content

We work with a wide variety of freelance Spanish speaking writers in Latin America, Spain, and the United States to develop high quality fiction and non-fiction text content for children and adults. For the school market, we also offer lesson plans aligned to educational standards.

Our content uses only standard Spanish and avoids slang and regionalism. This focus on standard Spanish language allows any Spanish speaker to understand the content.

We also can provide a variety of Spanish language content for licensing. Licensed materials can be used for Spanish language exams. Current clients include Pearson and Educational Testing Services (ETS).

Christianne Meneses Jacobs
President/Lead Content Developer

Christianne is the founding publisher and editor of Iguana, the Spanish language magazine for children. Christianne began Iguana ten years ago to fill a need for authentic literature written in Spanish for Latino children. In 2007, Christianne received the prestigious Anna Maria Arias Memorial Business Fund for her service to Latino children through her magazine. In 2008, she received the Latino Future Small Business Award, and in 2009 Iguana was awarded the Children's Publication Award from the National Association of Multicultural Education for its contribution to multicultural education.

Iguana was purchased by Cricket Media in 2012. Christianne was hired as Editor of Spanish Language Content by Cricket Media to continue Iguana and expand Cricket Media's Spanish language products. Within a year, she produced Spanish language versions of three existing children's magazines for the company, in addition to translating an assortment of books and digital media products.

Christianne has been featured in the book "Successful Americans of Central American Heritage", and was the only Latina featured in the January 2010 edition of "Biography Today". Christianne graduated from Wesleyan University and Chapman University. She has a Master's Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, in addition to endorsements in Spanish language, Reading Specialist and Early Childhood Education.
